Cần thận trọng khi dùng methionin cho người bị bệnh gan nặng.<br \/>\n\t\t\tỞ những người bệnh đã bị suy gan\/tổn thương gan, methionin có thể làm bệnh về não do gan tiến triển mạnh. Không được dùng methionin để điều trị ngộ độc paracetamol nếu đã quá 12 giờ tính từ lúc uống thuốc quá liều.<br \/>\n\t\t\tCảnh báo về nguy cơ gây xấu hơn chứng xơ vữa động mạch, do methionin có thể gây tăng homocystein, đặc biệt là đối với bệnh nhân thiếu folat, vitamin B12 hoặc vitamin B6, hoặc bệnh nhân có tình trạng rối loạn sinh tổng hợp homocystein, gây nguy cơ tăng các bệnh tim và mạch máu.<br \/>\n\t\t\tCảnh báo tá dược lactose: Bệnh nhân mắc các rối loạn di truyền hiếm gặp về không dung nạp galactose, chứng thiếu hụt lactase Lapp hoặc rối loạn hấp thu glucose-galactose không nên dùng thuốc này. <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>SỬ DỤNG CHO PHỤ NỮ CÓ THAI VÀ CHO CON BÚ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\"><strong>Thời kỳ mang thai<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\tChưa xác định được tính an toàn cho người mang thai.
