K30, Natri starch glycolat, Talc, Magnesi stearat, Vỏ nang cứng rỗng số 4.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>DẠNG BÀO CHẾ<\/strong>: Viên nang cứng số 4, thân màu đen, nắp màu đỏ, bên trong chứa bột thuốc màu trắng.<br \/>\n\t\t\t<span style=\"display: none;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>CHỈ ĐỊNH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Điều trị dự phòng cơn đau nửa đầu trong trường hợp các biện pháp điều trị khác không có hiệu quả hoặc kém dung nạp.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>CÁCH DÙNG, LIỀU DÙNG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\"><strong>Cách dùng: <\/strong>Dùng theo đường uống.<br \/>\n\t\t\t<strong>Liều dùng:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\"><strong>Người lớn ≤ 65 tuổi và người cao tuổi (> 65 tuổi):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">5 mg\/ngày, uống vào buổi tối, duy trì trong 4 đến 8 tuần.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Trong thời gian điều trị, nếu xuất hiện các triệu chứng trầm cảm, ngoại tháp hay các biến cố bất lợi nghiêm trọng khác, cần ngừng dùng thuốc (xem Mục Cảnh báo và thận trọng khi sử dụng).<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Nếu sau 8 tuần điều trị không có sự cải thiện, bệnh nhân được xem như không đáp ứng với điều trị và nên ngừng dùng thuốc.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Thời gian điều trị không quá 6 tháng.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Khuyến cáo chỉ dành cho bệnh nhân ≤ 65 tuổi: Nếu biểu hiện lâm sàng của bệnh nhân cho thấy đáp ứng điều trị không đầy đủ, có thể tăng liều lên đến 10 mg\/ngày nhưng cần cân nhắc trong khả năng dung nạp thuốc của bệnh nhân.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\"><strong>Trẻ em:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Trẻ em ≥ 12 tuổi, đặc biệt trong trường hợp đau nửa đầu chưa được chẩn đoán xác định: 5 mg\/ngày, uống vào buổi tối. Thời gian điều trị không quá 6 tháng.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Trẻ em < 12 tuổi: chưa có bằng chứng đầy đủ về hiệu quả và độ an toàn của flunarizin trên đối tượng này. Không khuyến cáo sử dụng flunarizin cho trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi. <br \/>\n\t\t\t\t <\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>CHỐNG CHỈ ĐỊNH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Mẫn cảm với flunarizin hay bất cứ thành phần tá dược nào của thuốc.<br \/>\n\t\t\tCó triệu chứng của bệnh Parkinson từ trước khi điều trị.<br \/>\n\t\t\tTiền sử có các triệu chứng ngoại tháp.<br \/>\n\t\t\tBệnh trầm cảm hoặc tiền sử có hội chứng trầm cảm tái phát.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>CẢNH BÁO VÀ THẬN TRỌNG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Không sử dụng thuốc quá liều khuyến cáo. Cần theo dõi người bệnh thường xuyên, định kỳ, đặc biệt trong thời gian Điều trị duy trì để phát hiệt sớm các biểu hiện ngoại tháp, trầm cảm và ngừng điều trị kịp thời. <br \/>\n\t\t\tMột số trường hợp mệt mỏi với mức độ nặng tăng dần đã được ghi nhận khi sử dụng flunarizin. Nếu tình trạng này xảy ra, cần ngừng điều trị với flunarizin.<br \/>\n\t\t\tĐiều trị với flunarizin có thể làm tăng triệu chứng trầm cảm, ngoại tháp và làm bộc phát hội chứng Parkinson, đặc biệt ở những bệnh nhân dễ có nguy cơ như người cao tuổi. Do vậy, nên dùng thận trọng ở những bệnh nhân này.<br \/>\n\t\t\tTrong một số trường hợp hiếm, sự mệt mỏi có thể tăng lên trong khi điều trị với flunarizin. Trong trường hợp này, nên ngừng điều trị. Không được vượt quá liều quy định. Bệnh nhân phải được khám đều đặn theo định kỳ, đặc biệt trong giai đoạn điều trị duy trì, để có thể phát hiện sớm triệu chứng ngoại tháp hay trầm cảm và ngừng điều trị. Nếu trong điều trị duy trì không đạt hiệu quả thì ngừng điều trị.<br \/>\n\t\t\tVì buồn ngủ có thể xảy ra, đặc biệt lúc bắt đầu điều trị nên phải thận trọng trong các hoạt động như lái xe hoặc vận hành máy móc.<br \/>\n\t\t\tCảnh báo đối với tá dược lactose: Bệnh nhân mắc các rối loạn di truyền hiếm gặp về dung nạp galactose, chứng thiếu hụt lactase Lapp hoặc rối loạn hấp thu Glucose-Galactose không nên sử dụng thuốc này. <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>SỬ DỤNG CHO PHỤ NỮ CÓ THAI VÀ CHO CON BÚ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\"><strong>Thời kỳ mang thai<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\tChưa có nghiên cứu xác nhận sự an toàn của flunarizin khi dùng trên phụ nữ mang thai. Do đó không sử dụng thuốc này trên phụ nữ mang thai, trừ khi lợi ích vượt trội so với khả năng nguy cơ cho thai.<br \/>\n\t\t\t<strong>Thời kỳ cho con bú:<\/strong> <br \/>\n\t\t\tKhông biết flunarizin có phân bố vào sữa người hay không. Nên cân nhắc hoặc tránh sử dụng thuốc trong thời gian cho con bú hoặc dùng thuốc và ngừng cho con bú.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>ẢNH HƯỞNG CỦA THUỐC LÊN KHẢ NĂNG LÁI XE, VẬN HÀNH MÁY MÓC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Thuốc có thể gây buồn ngủ nên thận trọng khi dùng cho người đang lái xe và người đang vận hành máy móc.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>TƯƠNG TÁC, TƯƠNG KỴ <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\"><strong>Tương tác<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\tViệc dùng đồng thời rượu, thuốc an thần và thuốc ngủ với flunarizin làm tăng tác dụng phụ buồn ngủ. Flunarizin không bị chống chỉ định ở bệnh nhân đang dùng thuốc chẹn beta.<br \/>\n\t\t\tDược động học của flunarizin không bị ảnh hưởng bởi topiramat. Trạng thái dược động học ổn định của topiramat không bị ảnh hưởng bởi flunarizin.<br \/>\n\t\t\tViệc sử dụng lâu dài flunarizin không ảnh hưởng đến nồng độ trong huyết tương của phenytoin, carbamazepin, valproat hay phenobarbital. Nồng độ trong huyết tương của flunarizin thường thấp hơn một ít ở những bệnh nhân động kinh đang sử dụng các thuốc trị động kinh loại này so với những người khỏe mạnh dùng liều tương tự. Độ gắn kết với protein huyết tương của carbamazepin, valproat và phenytoin không bị ảnh hưởng khi dùng đồng thời flunarizin.<br \/>\n\t\t\t<strong>Tương kỵ<\/strong><br \/>\n\t\t\tDo không có các nghiên cứu về tính tương kỵ của thuốc, không trộn lẫn thuốc này với các thuốc khác.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p><strong>TÁC DỤNG KHÔNG MONG MUỐN (ADR)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">Tác dụng không mong muốn thường gặp thoáng qua: buồn ngủ nhẹ, mệt mỏi, tăng cân và\/ hoặc tăng ngon miệng. Một số tác dụng không mong muốn sau đây xảy ra trong điều trị kéo dài: Trầm cảm, đặc biệt có nguy cơ xảy ra ở bệnh nhân nữ có tiền sử trầm cảm. Triệu chứng ngoại tháp (như vận động chậm, cứng đơ, ngồi nằm không yên, rối loạn vận động, run) thường người già có nguy cơ nhiều hơn.<br \/>\n\t\t\t<em>Hiếm gặp<\/em>: Nóng bỏng trong xương ức, buồn nôn, đau dạ dày. Buồn ngủ, lo lắng.
